Firearm and NFA item sales are final. Ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged for safety reasons. Eligible unused accessories, optics, parts and gear may be returned within 30 days, subject to the full return policy and authorization requirements. Approved returns and order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Cancelled layaway orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Regulated products are sold and transferred only in accordance with applicable federal, state and local requirements. Customers are responsible for ensuring an item is lawful in their jurisdiction. Firearms requiring transfer must be handled through an eligible FFL.

Shipping method and eligibility depend on product type and destination. Restricted products will not be shipped where prohibited. Current site policy states orders generally ship within 3–10 business days.

Ammunition orders are subject to age, destination and other applicable restrictions. Ammunition is non-returnable except for qualifying incorrect or damaged shipments under the store policy.
